🔒 What’s Covered

Our 10-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

• Visible sagging or indentations greater than 1.5 inches not caused by improper use

• Cracks or splits in the foam materials despite proper handling

• Defects in the zipper or fabric due to manufacturing faults

• Coils that break or come out of the side of the mattress

• Structural defects in the spring or support system

❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, or changes in firmness preferences

• Physical damage from misuse, abuse, or improper foundation/support

• Mattresses that have been stained, soiled, or mishandled

• Damage caused during transportation after delivery

• Mattresses used in commercial or non-household settings

⚠️ Mattresses must always be used on a proper, supportive base or foundation.

📝 How to File a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, please email surlunkeys@gmail.com with:

• Your original order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos or videos that clearly show the problem

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps. If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

📅 Warranty Coverage Period

• Year 1–10: Covered for manufacturer defects under the terms above.

• The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

• Proof of purchase is required to validate any claim.
