About Our Mattresses
We offer four hybrid mattresses, each designed to meet different sleep needs — from cooling support to organic comfort. All models combine memory foam with individually wrapped coils for optimal comfort and motion isolation.

All of our mattresses feature a medium-firm feel, offering a balanced level of comfort and support — ideal for side, back, and combo sleepers.

Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Shipping is always free within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.
At the moment, we ship only to the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
Trial & Returns
Yes. We offer a 120-night risk-free trial for all mattresses purchased through our website. If it’s not a perfect fit, you can return it for a full refund.
Simply email us at surlunkeys@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a few photos of the product. Our team will guide you through the process.
The mattress should be clean and free of stains, odors, or damage. We recommend using a mattress protector during your trial.
Warranty
Our 10-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as sagging or broken coils (when used properly).
Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We’ll respond within 1 business days.
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or improper setup is not covered. For full details, view our Warranty Policy.
Other Questions
Surlunkeys mattresses work well on most bases — including platform beds, slatted frames, and adjustable bases. Just ensure the surface is flat and supportive.
It may take 24–72 hours to fully expand after unboxing. You can sleep on it the first night, but it may continue to adjust over time.
