🛌 120-Night Risk-Free Trial

We want you to truly experience your new Surlunkeys mattress. Sleep on it for up to 120 nights from the date of delivery. If it’s not the perfect fit, you can return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

Note: We recommend trying your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email our team at surlunkeys@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief reason for the return

    • Photos or videos (if applicable)

  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the process.

  3. We’ll arrange for pickup or donation, depending on your location.

  4. Once the mattress is collected or donated, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

📋 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return must be within 120 nights of delivery.

  • The mattress must be clean, undamaged, and in good condition.

  • Returns are limited to one mattress per household.

💳 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued after the product has been picked up and verified.

  • Please allow 1–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Mattresses that are soiled, damaged, or misused are not eligible for return.

  • Accessories such as pillows or mattress protectors (if sold separately) may not be covered unless defective.
